The Constitutional Freedom Alliance (CFA) works to promote and restore individual freedom.  Individual freedom is a natural right, is affirmed by the Constitution of the United States of America, and cannot be rightfully abridged by any government.

Individual freedom belongs to the People.  It is under sustained attack, especially from the Federal government.  Over the generations, the power and reach of the Federal Government has steadily encroached and is now entirely too great.  Armed to spend beyond its means, to co-opt State and Local accountability by using Federal money as weaponry, to legislate and regulate beyond its mandate, to trump state and local law, and to perpetuate and expand its reach, the Federal Government now operates substantially outside its Constitutionally defined duties. This situation is as unsustainable as it is unacceptable.

We seek a Federal Government that effectively performs its narrow set of Constitutionally-defined duties and delivers:

• Strong national defense
• Stable, strong currency
• Rules for interstate commerce designed exclusively to promote free enterprise
• Dramatically smaller and balanced Federal budget
• Elimination of Federal debt
• Dramatically lower Federal taxation, in which all citizens contribute
• Defense of the individual freedoms affirmed in the Constitution
